This award is presented annually to an APHON member who is first author of a manuscript accepted for publication in the Journal of Pediatric Oncology Nurses (JOPON) in the last year and who has had one or two manuscripts published previously.
Recipient receives a $100 honorarium and recognition at the annual conference business and awards luncheon, APHON Counts, JOPON, in a press release, and an announcement is set to the recipient's immediate supervisor/employer.
