Successful completion allows nurses to return to their institutions as recognized APHON Pediatric Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Instructors who are able to provide ongoing instruction and education to other registered nurses. \n\n\n\nEligibility \n\n\n\nThe Instructor Course is open to a nurse who: \n\n\n\n\nis a licensed registered nurse\n\n\n\nis a current APHON Pediatric Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider\n\n\n\nis an APHON member*\n\n\n\nhas two years of clinical experience\n\n\n\nis a current Certified Pediatric Oncology Nurse (CPON®) or Certified Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Nurse (CPHON®)\n\n\n\nhas a bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)\n\n\n\n\n*If you are not currently an APHON member\, please join before you register. \n\n\n\nCourse Registration Fee \n\n\n\nThe course fee includes one day of instructional content provided in person and 6.25 NCPD continuing education hours.
