We have a patient with APML on the COG AAML1331 protocol with daily arsenic trioxide for the first 28 days of treatment.  Has anybody done this as an outpatient towards the end of induction?  If yes, do you have home care supply the medication and pump or do they get these supplies in your out patient center

We have an adolescent receiving daily ATO as an outpatient in our clinic Monday thru Friday and then he goes to our inpatient floor on saturday and Sunday.  Home infusion has not been pursued.  It is a burden to the family but so much better than being in the hospital.  Is anyone doing the infusions at home?
