    Dear Colleagues

As I’m sure most of you are aware, APHON has created a Mentoring Program to help encourage personal and professional growth. The program matches mentors and mentee’s based upon application commitment and interests. The goal of the program is to facilitate member’s growth in their nursing careers and support leadership development within APHON.

As a group of successful APN’s I wanted to bring this opportunity to your attention, we are currently seeking qualified mentors. This is a two year commitment where you help guide your mentee towards the goals established at the beginning of the program. Throughout this two year term, you and your mentee will be in contact on an as needed basis and expected to submit a biannual report.

We hope you take this opportunity to help guide a fellow nurse, member and colleague towards their goals! To learn more about the program, please click here. If you’re already interested, we invite you to apply now, you can apply as a mentee, mentor, or both. Fall enrollment closes Thursday, December 31, so sign up now!

On behalf of the Mentoring committee, thank you for considering this opportunity.
