Post SCT vaccinations

Hello, I hope everyone is staying well! Wanted to reach out if any other programs have guidance for post- SCT vaccination schedules or guidelines? My facility is looking at building a guideline, and the evidence is not abundant during our lit searches, etc.  Curious if there are any additional references out there? Recommendations for titers? Timelines?

    Thank you so much,
    Erika

    Hi all,

This is the link for our guidance on vaccination schedules for children post-HSCT or chemotherapy. There may be variance for you due to this being an Australian schedule.
