We check titers after 3 months off-therapy and then make recommendations for non-live boosters at 6 months and live boosters at 12 months. We do not completely re-immunize but use the catch up schedule from the CDC. Hope this helps.

    Hello,

I was wondering what different practices are doing for their patients once chemo treatment has completed with regards to immunizations?  Do you check titers?  Do you just catch up?  We have differing opinions at our center and would like to draft a protocol so that we are all on the same page.  Thanks in advance for your responses.
