    Yes. About three months ago our institution began prescribing daily levaquin for AML and Relapse ALL patients when ANC < 250 and stopping when put on triples or when ANC > 250 if they never became febrile as part of our way to prevent gram negative bacteremia. We discussed with ID as well as other pediatric institutions who also did the same and gathered and evaluated the data before making the change.
