    Great idea! We also use Epic but have not found one Epic location that is appropriate for all of the pieces so we have information scattered in different areas. I look forward to hearing if anyone else has a better solution.

    We are looking to standardize our sickle cell disease visit documentation for providers (we use EPIC). Would love to have a one stop place to see preventative care and sickle cell complications listed – a place that the entire multidisciplinary team could edit.  Eventually would also like to have a transition program guide.

    Does anyone have any documentation tools that are working for you?
