Good morning, Apologies if you are getting this message several times, having technical difficulties today.
Our institution uses the 3 day dosing regimen as cinv prophylaxis for Fosaprepitant/ aprepitant in the inpatient setting for HSCT according to the most recent COG supportive care guidelines, CINV.
It is weight/ BSA dosing specific.

Are any of your institutions using the oral solution of Aprepitant either for inpt or outpt antiemetic regimens? If not, why (insurance barriers, issues with the prep from pharmacy)? I wanted to get a sense of when you introduce Aprepitant to your patients. We would use it for kids > 40 kgs, mostly in a capsule and rarely in the IV formulation. We typically added it in as a 3rd line antiemetic.
