    Hi,

We are in the process of updating our SOP or else I would send to you – however, here is a nice paper that we are using as a model! In terms of the lab monitoring, we generally get a level one week after the first dose in a given cycle (balancing detection of silent inactivation with cost effectiveness).

    Thanks!

    Hi Rosemary-
We don’t have an SOP for this, but here is an algorithm that was shared in one of the presentations at the recent APHON conference that I found to be a helpful guide!

    Hello All,

My group is currently interested in changing their practice to include premedication for all asparaginase infusions and therapeutic drug monitoring to monitor subsequent asparaginase activity.  We would like to work on an SOP for the division here. I was wondering if anyone would mind sharing their institutions current SOP?

    Thanks in advance!
