    in your institute there is only fully matched transplant or you have haploidentical option
    as well as ATG administration we admit patient in isolation with proper monitoring

    We have a patient with severe aplastic anemia with no HLA matched sibling for transplant who will need immunosuppressive therapy.
    I wanted to know if everyone admits for the ATG or if it can be done as an outpatient.  I would also like to know if anybody gets push back from their hospital due to the cost of the medication inpatient
