We use a 0.22 micron filter for all of our CVLs, but still occasionally encounter precipitate with Etop.

For those that have SCT/BMT patients, when you administer your etoposide do you use a filter? We administer etoposide over 24 hours for many of our SCT/BMT protocols and we have been having trouble with precipitation.

    Thanks
