We use both depending on the protocol but seem to be using more tacro for now

We usually place 3 lumens in the allo patients; but in a little baby we will dose the immunosuppression BID and just do 2 lumens

    Thanks,

    Mary Lynn

    Hi APHON friends,

Does your Institution do continuous Tacrolimus infusions or BID Tacro dosing?
What type of Central Line do your patients have? How many lumens?

    Thanks,
    Lauren
