We do mostly continuous tacro.  Our patients typically have a double or triple lumen and a mediport.
    Thanks!

Hi Lauren, we mostly do CSA but recently there has been a couple patients on continuous tacro drips.  Mostly double lumen central lines.

    Hi APHON friends,

Does your Institution do continuous Tacrolimus infusions or BID Tacro dosing?
What type of Central Line do your patients have? How many lumens?

    Thanks,
    Lauren
