    Greetings Mary Lynn,


    Interesting timing. After obtaining copyright permission  we will discussing the draft EMR flowsheet templates for ICE and CAPD (<12 years of age or cognitively impaired) next week at the Nursing Informatics System committee.  We do not have EPIC.  


    I would be interested in what anyone has to add on this topic.

    A Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is a masters or doctoral prepared Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), who is certified, and whose function is to improve outcomes in patient care.

    Who documents the ICE and ICANS score at your hospital for CAR T Cell therapy? Is it in a note or a flowsheet row (that automatically scores it) for nursing/providers?

    Would you be willing to send me screen shots of your documentation tools? Especially if you have EPIC?
