    Greetings Mary Lynn,

Interesting timing. After obtaining copyright permission  we will discussing the draft EMR flowsheet templates for ICE and CAPD (<12 years of age or cognitively impaired) next week at the Nursing Informatics System committee.  We do not have EPIC.

I would be interested in what anyone has to add on this topic.

    Myra

    Hello All:

Who documents the ICE and ICANS score at your hospital for CAR T Cell therapy? Is it in a note or a flowsheet row (that automatically scores it) for nursing/providers?

Would you be willing to send me screen shots of your documentation tools? Especially if you have EPIC?

You can email me directly if you wish:  mlrae@luriechildrens.org

    Thanks!
