    Good morning,

We replete Magnesium for levels <1.6 in transplant, this is for both allo/auto, regardless of other medications. Hope that helps!

Subject: Replenishing Magnesium when on Cyclosporine or Tacrolimus

    Hello,
I am doing an EBP project regarding magnesium replacement for patients on Cyclosporine and Tacrolimus and there is not much in the literature. My question is:

Do patients who received an allogeneic HSCT who are now on Tacrolimus or Cyclosporine get replenished for low magnesium levels? If so what is the threshold in which they are replenished?<o:p>

    Thank you,

    Caroline
