We use sterile water and a 2×2 gauze and Surgilast to hold the gauze in place.

    Hello all,
We typically do thiotepa baths every 6 hours for 48 post thiotepa, and with that we use hibicleans and a gauze dressing. Has anyone run into the issue of a patient being allergic to CHG and not tolerating the hibicleans soap? If so, what do you use instead?
