Hi! I work in neuroonc as a NP. While not physically in the home we do video visits in the home to partner with local hospices. The video helps everyone get more comfortable with a new team and helps to guide the more corporate adult-focused hospices on how to take care of our kids.
Not sure if that’s what you were going for. But just an FYI!

Do any hospitals have nurses that work both on the inpatient/outpatient unit but also serve as hospice nurses in the patient’s home to provide continuity of care?
