Reply To: Continuous subcutaneous deferoxamine infusion
Hello Ana we administer subcutaneous deferoxamine to our patients at home, if the patient is willing to admit we prefer the IV route. S/C administration only for out patients.

I am reaching out to see if any institution has a policy for continuous subcutaneous deferoxamine?
I would appreciate anything that you would be willing to share.
