    The inpatient Hem/Onc/SCT RNs @ Lurie go to give any chemo given on other floors if it is for Onc/SCT patients.  If the chemo is oral for non ONC/SCT patients then any RN can give it.

    How do your institutions handle chemotherapy given in PICU? are all or certain PICU nurses aphon trained? Do you require a hemonc nurse to give the chemo? What policies and procedures are in place?
