    In our institution, the inpatient hem/onc nurses go down to administer IV chemotherapy for hem/onc patients.  The PICU nurses are not chemotherapy/biotherapy providers since the volume of patients they see getting chemotherapy in the ICU does not support this practice.

    How do your institutions handle chemotherapy given in PICU? are all or certain PICU nurses aphon trained? Do you require a hemonc nurse to give the chemo? What policies and procedures are in place?
