    see below.  We currently use alcohol and curos caps to cover the luer locks.  We are considering SiteScrub but want to see if it makes a difference in other sites first.

    Our facility is planning on trial Site-Scrub* IPA Device.  I wanted to ask group questions disinfection process during entries to catheters.

    1. Have you have experience with use  Site-Scrub* IPA Device.? 

    If Yes
    a) How do you like the product?
    b) Any issues you have encountered?
    c) Are you still using  Site-Scrub* IPA Device in your facility? If not what’s reasons if not mentioned above for change. 
    d) What product are you using now?

    2.  If you have no experience with use  Site-Scrub* IPA Device.  Please mark what you use to disinfect prior to line entries

    a) alcohol=yes
    b) CHG
    c) other please specify 

    3. Are you part of NACHRI/CHCA collaborative? Yes
