    For older kids, we break it up into 2 12 hour bags. The volume makes sense for us that way. This is a timely question as I just finished hanging bag 1 of 2!

    What is your institution’s current practices for infusing 24 hour high dose methotrexate? 

    Do you have the large volume broken into 2-12 hour bags or do you run a single liter of methotrexate over 24 hours with the fluids y-sited into the tubing?
