    These dressing are part of our standard for central line dressing care. Orders for dressing change are auto populated based on the type of line the patient has which is assessed on admisson and with each aquity assessment.

    Do any institutions require a physician order for the application of a Chlorhexidine tegaderm for a central line dressing? We have been using these dressings for a few years now, but our official policy is not yet up to date, and this question has been raised. Any feedback will be appreciated.
