    Hello:

    We do not set 2 hour infusion limits.  We are required to check the IV site and pump Q1 hour to ensure that the bag does not go dry.

    Good morning,

    For those of you who use Alaris pumps, do you enter 2hr limits for continuous chemo infusions or the total dose (total drug volume)?  For example if a 24hr MTX is infusing at 10mL/hr, do you enter 20mL as VTBI and reset every 2hours or do you enter 240mL?
