There are so many things. 1. Automatic Rapid Response Team call if PEWS (Pediatric Early Warning System) score=6 2. Worsening respiratory status requiring a non-rebreather 3. Patient started on a dopamine drip/vasopressor (sometimes the unit keeps the patient if stable) 4. De-sensitization for 1st dose 5. Seizures that will not stop or that resulted in injury 6. Stroke 7. DIC 8. Patients requiring dialysis
So many more but not as common…
