This message has been cross posted to the following Discussions: APHON Open Forum and Inpatient Staff Hospital Issues . ——————————————- Our lab has recently told us we cannot collect urine samples for diapered patients with cotton balls due to inaccurate lab results. We do have PediBags but want to avoid the excessive skin damage from the adhesive and the ‘urine chemo’ sitting on the patient in the collection bag.
