Definitely a change and since most of our patients have central lines it isn’t an issue. We flush after 🙂

Our facility is switching to the mini bags, but we, the nurses, have some concerns. How do we ensure that the pt will receive all of the medication. How do we get all of the medication out of the tubing. And how do we check placement and how often? Have any of you used these? What do you think?
