    Morning Huddle:

    1. What time do you do it? 0700
    2. How long is it? 5min
    3. Who runs it? Charge RN
    4. If the charge RNs run it, how is the information given to them? They know it…flow. Or staff tell them
    5. What is your format; what topics to do you cover? Flow of the unit. Whatchers, high risk meds, issues

     

    Morning Bed board huddle: All Charge RNs in hospital
    1. What time do you do it? 0800
    2. How long is it? 30 min
    3. Who runs it? Manager of patient services
    4. If the charge RNs run it, how is the information given to them?
    5. What is your format; what topics to do you cover? Unit open beds, admits, discharges, and issues

     Afternoon CBDI huddle

    1. What time do you do it? 1230
    2. How long is it?10 min
    3. Who runs it? Hemonc Charge RN
    4. If the charge RNs run it, how is the information given to them? Know it
    5. What is your format; what topics to do you cover? Admits for next day , staffing issues etc. 

     

    I have 3 more huddles lol we have a lot! 

    Chemo huddle at 4pm, Virtual huddle at 1pm with whole hospital, 440pm another bedboard huddle
