We use Q-sites and have been doing so for years. Many years ago we used the smartsite but felt it had contributed to an increase in CLABSI. the Q-sites have been successful for us.

We are currently using Baxter one-link, (these are new and we are having some concerns)

It gets discussed here on and off but since this has been a hot topic for us for a while, here goes:
What brand of needleless connector (cap) does your unit/area use?
And if you’ve recently switched products, which NC/cap did you use most recently?
For anyone interested in following the thread, we use SmartSite by BD and have used them for some time.
Thanks for the feedback.
