    Hello!

At our institution we keep the patient receiving blina 2:1 for the first 72 hours; so long as they are tolerating it, we will bump the assignment up to 3:1 for the rest of their inpatient stay.

    Hi All,

Would you please share your staffing ratio for patients receiving Blinatumomab?

It seems most of the resources I am finding mention a 1:1 or a 1:2.

Do you ever begin as a 1:2 then adjust to a 1:3 before transition home with infusion pump?
