1:2 for the first 3-4 days and then normal staffing if no side effects (1:3)

    Subject: Blinatumomab Staffing Ratio

    Hi All,

Would you please share your staffing ratio for patients receiving Blinatumomab?

It seems most of the resources I am finding mention a 1:1 or a 1:2.

Do you ever begin as a 1:2 then adjust to a 1:3 before transition home with infusion pump?
