We administer dinutuximab on our inpatient hem/onc (general care) unit with a designated 2:1 ratio. This seems to work out pretty well for us as long as there isn’t another 2:1 assignment on the unit.

It is done on the pediatric unit unless the patient is in the PICU already. Ratio 2:1

    Hi there…
Recently had a change in our Dinutuximab infusions and wondering how other facilities are currently handling it.
    1.  Is it administered in Pediatrics or PICU?
    2.  What is your staffing ratio?

Thank you in advance for taking the time to reply!
