Our Blina patients are a 4:1 ratio just like most chemotherapy patients are. When patients were on AALL1331 when the study opened, we started in ICU for a few days and the patient was a 1:1. After our first 2 patients, we went to our standard ratio.

    Ashley,

Would you mind sharing what resources mention a 1:1 or 1:2?  Thanks!

    Hi All,

Would you please share your staffing ratio for patients receiving Blinatumomab?

It seems most of the resources I am finding mention a 1:1 or a 1:2.

Do you ever begin as a 1:2 then adjust to a 1:3 before transition home with infusion pump?
