Here is a DI replacement sheet we use; we always get endocrine involved and it is very confusing ALWAYS!

    Thanks,

    Hello,

Does anyone have a protocol for managing chemotherapy hydration for ifosfamide for patients with diabetes insipidus on DDAVP? I feel like we are always re-inventing our process each time we get a patient like this and wondered if other centers have a more defined process.

Thanks so much for your help!

    Wendy
