    Good Afternoon!
We have used sub-anesthetic ketamine for several years in our SCD population for pain control without any unfavorable outcomes. In the last six months we expanded the use to the entire acute care areas.  When we first started we had strict monitoring but have relaxed that a little as well.  I have attached a copy of our procedure for you to utilize as needed.  Please reach out if needed.

    Hello everyone,
Is anyone using continuous low-dose Ketamine infusions in your areas for pain management? If you are, do you have guidelines you can share, including references and monitoring guidelines? We are looking to possibly start this and would appreicate any information available from locations that already do it. Thank you in advance for your help!
