    Hi Mary Lynn,

We do the following and currently only use them with our BMT patients. The ICU uses them for all patients with a central line.

    <10 kg (2):
1 for chest, neck, arms, back
    1 both legs, perimeum, buttocks

    10-30 kg (4):
1 for chest, neck, and arms
    1 for back and buttocks
    1 both legs
    1 for the perineum

    >30 kg: (6)
1 for chest, neck, and both arms
    1 for right leg
    1 for left leg
    1 for back
    1 for buttocks
    1 for perineum

I have a sheet for staff and a draft teaching sheet for parents let me know if you would like me to send them to you.

    Caroline

    Hi All:

A few more questions about CHG bathing utilizing the SAGE wipes:
    1. How do you dose the # of wipes that you use? (On label use for pre-surgical 6 cloths; or off label use pediatric weight based dosing)?
    2. Do you use CHG bathing with SAGE wipes for all patients with CVCs at your hospital? Please describe.
    3. Anyone using in their CF population?
    4. Would anyone be willing to share any staff education and parent/caregiver educational handouts/information?
