    VS are obtained pre; 15 min; then hourly and then 30 min post.  We do not obtain a pulse ox.

    Our blood transfusion vitals are baseline, 15 minutes into transfusion and hourly until complete.  Oximetry is not routinely used.

    When you administer blood product transfusions, do you obtain vitals including oximetry?  What is the frequency?   Thanks!
