Vitals are obtained 15 min prior to transfusion, 15 min after the transfusion is initiated, then hourly while the transfusion is running. We do Vitals 30 minutes post transfusion as well. Oximetry is routine.

When you administer blood product transfusions, do you obtain vitals including oximetry? What is the frequency? Thanks!
