I am wondering who helps you to teach the following classes? APNs, Staff RNs, Fellows, Attendings? Please be specific and if there is resistance? Is it a requirement? ? Certain number per year? Do you just have RNs/APNs help or a variety of APNs/MDs, etc.  What is your cluster culture around this?

    1. APHON Foundations
    2. APHON SCT Classes
    3. Other unit based classes (i.e. update classes)
