I’m not sure the full curriculum but the ELNEC certification/conference through APHON is all about end of life care.

    Hello All,

I am a PNP at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. I am currently looking for an educational model or resources that others have used to promote nurses to be advocates for their patient’s at end of life or during care conferences specifically. Our care conferences seem to be dominated by physician presence and the culture is that nurses do not advocate for our families during the conferences when all team members are present. I think that this is an opportunity for improvement that will not only help our nurses grow, but will also be beneficial to our families and medical team. Please let me know of any resources!

    Take care,
