    Not always. Sometimes we place them when we drop the NG. Just takes a second and honestly, less uncomfortable than the tube placement. For NJ, we will place under sedation, after NJ is placed.

    The adult areas use the nasal bridle, but not peds here.  Do you sedate children to place them I’m assuming???  Thanks!!
