A few of the nurses from our BMT unit developed the attached policy which is going through the final approval process. They developed it to promote consistency in practice.

    Good morning,

Do you administer Thiotepa at your Institution?  If so, what is the frequency of baths? Do you place a non-occlusive dressing over their CVL? How frequently do you change the CVL dressing? Do you use Chloraprep OneStep? How often do you use Chloraprep OneStep?

Any and all information is appreciated. If you are able to attach your SOP/Policy, that would be extremely helpful as well.

Thank you in advance for your response,
    Lauren
