    Hello:

     

    Since Hibi is CHG we don’t use it for a week post thiotepa; we do use just a regular foam soap and water in the bath Q6 hours

    Hello,

    Wondering if you could share your practice with the use of Hibiclens Bathing and patients receiving Thiotepa.  We do not utilize CHG wipes as these are not rinsed off but wondering practices at other institutions for Hibiclens baths rinsed off with water after, specifically for the BMT population.
