We use cetaphil cleansing soap to bathe patients every 6 hours during the thiotepa period and for 48 hours post. Then we switch back to a CHG 4% liquid soap for baths.

    Hello,

Wondering if you could share your practice with the use of Hibiclens Bathing and patients receiving Thiotepa.  We do not utilize CHG wipes as these are not rinsed off but wondering practices at other institutions for Hibiclens baths rinsed off with water after, specifically for the BMT population.
