    1.    Do you change the CVL cap within 24 hours after liposomal amphotericin? Yes

    2.    Do you change the CVL cap within 24 hours of lipids? Yes

    Curious what other institutions are doing in regarding to changing the CVL cap after amphotericin B.  Since it is a liposomal formulation do you change the central line cap within 24 hour of administration?  My institutions does change the cap since we change within 24 hours of lipid infusions, but curious what others do.
