    Lauren,

At my previous institution, we had a red tape box on the floor around the Pyxis that symbolized the “distraction free” zone. You were not to speak to an RN that was inside the box unless it was an emergency.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi everyone,

Our Nurse Residency group is doing an EBP project regarding medication errors.

At your institution, do you have “distraction free” zones?   If so, please tell me a little bit about it.

    Thanks,
    Lauren
