We do not give extra per hour.

We do have a clinical ladder this can be used towards.

    Hello.

Our hospital does pay nurse preceptors extra. It is $1.00/hr the days they orient. This can also count towards a section of the clinical ladder. Ours is not tied to any retention of that new nurse.
