Thanks everyone who has already answered the family education resource question. I have another question, who gathers the info to give to patients, ie if you have a patient with leukemia do they all get the same info? Thanks, Colleen

    We use:

APHON med sheets and family booklets

COG binder with our institution’s info added, and COG New Diagnosis booklet

Curesearch website for protocol summaries, research results, late effects worksheets

Lexicomp pt education med sheets for those not in the APHON med sheets

    Leukemia/Lymphoma Society patient education downloads

National Brain Tumor Alliance family education

On the APHON website, there is a list of patient/family education websites with some good information
