    I don’t have a formal presentation but I used to teach clinicals and would talk/role play this in my leadership group as well as practice interviewing skills, The students really needed it and were extremely appreciative that I did that. It’s sorely needed. Would love to see if you get anyone who has formalized it. Great idea!

    Does anyone have a presentation already made on “stepping” up into adult/life skills? A lot of new graduate nurses have never had a job before so skills/discussions like having a boss, communication expectations, completion dates, etc…
